Highway Yiftach army base to Highway 90

Water at 8.5 km where the trail goes under the cable car at Manara.
Beautiful views of the Hermon and Hula valley.  Mostly downhill.  Bike track walking most of the time.  Fire ring in the middle of the trail at around 13km.

Highway 886 before Naftali to the 886 at Yiftach army base

Water at highway 899. 
Steep short ascent to Keren Naftali  (site of an Hellenistic Temple and an Hasmonean fortress).
Just north of highway 899 is a beautiful and challenging shaded gorge section with lots of rock scrambling.  Assisted with bars in several places. Between the gorge and the army base is gentle 4wd track walking with incredible views of the Hula valley.  
Camping at Keren Naftali and near the army base where the red and blue trails meet.

Nahal Dishon at Highway 886 to where the trail meets 886 again before Naftali

No water, no shade most of the time, steep climb for 150m after 2.5 km.  After descending the other side there is a gentle climb the rest of the time.
